Obituary
Annette Blackburn Wallace, of Lexington, Kentucky, died Saturday, October 15, 2011 at St. Joseph Hospital after a long battle with cancer. Born in Pikeville, Kentucky, September 12, 1936, the daughter of the late James Chester Blackburn and Verna "Sweetie" Ramey.
Annette was a retired employee of GTE South and Dillard's Inc. She is survived by her daughter, Crystal L. Wallace and son-in-law Rick W. Bowman of Georgetown, Kentucky; her brother Billy Lewis Francisco and his wife Wanda of Owensboro, Kentucky; one niece and one nephew.
She was preceded in death by her brother, James Kermit Blackburn of Lexington, Kentucky.
Funeral Information
A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, October 25, 2011 from 6 to 8:30 pm at Clark Legacy Center in Brannon Crossing.
