Barbara J. Buniff, 69, wife of John V. Buniff, passed away on Tuesday, March 26, 2019. A native of Frankfort, she was born on July 10, 1949 to the late Champ and Alleen McDonald Clark. She retired from State of Kentucky, Division of Accounts. She was a member Beechridge Baptist Church in Bagdad.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughters, Chauntell (Joe) Bailey, Lawrenceburg, and Sheila Lucas, Salvisa; her sisters, JoAnn Morrow, Frankfort, and Pam (Carlos) Hernandez, Frankfort; her grandchildren, Jessica, Hannah, Bobbie, Billy, James, Chris, Brittany, Alyssa, and Terrie; her great grandchildren, Gabrielle, Madeline, Heather, Dylan, Aubrey, and Christopher; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held at 1:00pm on Friday, March 29, 2019 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd. Bro. Chuck Umholtz will be officiating. Entombment will be private. Visitation will be held from 11:00am until the time of service on Friday, March 29, 2019 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
