Billy Joe Cline, 59, died Monday, March 28, 2016. A native of Woodford County, he was born March 17, 1957 to the late William Dotson and Lois Sutherland Cline. Billy Joe was a Machinist for Quad Graphics and attended Millville Christian Church. He enjoyed going to gun shows, shooting guns, bird watching, and just relaxing with his family and friends.
In addition to his loving companion, Leslie Kays, he is survived by 3 sisters, April (Donald) Jackson, Owen County, Angie Jenkins, Lawrenceburg, and Alyce Tilghman, LaGrange; 3 brothers, Tommy Tilghman, Woodford County, Brett Goodrich, Paris, and William Cline, II; a step-sister Terry Goodrich, Cynthiana; a step-brother Bruce Goodrich, London; and his special friend Terri Haysley.
