Billy Gillispie Fayne

Billy Gillispie Fayne, Sr., beloved Husband, Father, and Brother passed away on July 4, 2018 at his home in Nicholasville. He was born September 22, 1940 to the late William and Jeanette Buffin Fayne in Versailles, KY. Billy served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He was also a minister at Edgelawn Baptist Church in Lexington. Billy is survived by his wife Joyce Henry Fayne; daughters Vanessa Fayne and Letitia "Candy" (Michael) Glass; sons Bill (Vickie) Fayne, Jr. and Nathan (Andrea) Fayne; brother Jackie Fayne and 6 grandchildren. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 10 from 5-8 PM at Clark Legacy Center-Brannon Crossing, 601 E. Brannon Rd. Nicholasville, KY. Services will be Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at 11 AM at Clark Legacy Center-Brannon Crossing. Burial at Camp Nelson immediately following the service. The family has requested contributions be made to Hospice of the Bluegrass or Wounded Warrior in memory of Billy Fayne.
