Burlene Mae Beasley

A native of Gasaway, WV, she was the daughter of the late Burl Carr and Hester White and wife to the late Jerry Beasley. Burlene was a tenacious woman, completing her GED and receiving her CNA at the age of 42. She enjoyed her various responsibilities at the YWCA, including cooking. Burlene always had a smile on her face, loving life, whether it be learning, working, watching horse racing at Keeneland, going on cruises, or spending time with her family and her cats, she simply loved life. In addition to her mother, Hester White, Burlene is survived by her son, Eric (Natasha) Humphreys, Versailles; brother Jackie White; and grandchildren Ryan, Casey, and Tanner Humphreys. She was preceded in death by both her father Burl Carr and husband Jerry Beasley. Funeral Information No services are planned at this time.
