Versailles KY Carl Daniel Mullins, II, 48 husband of Tammy Mullins passed away Saturday January 3, 2015. He was born in Benham, Ky. on February 20, 1966. He was an employee of S S Tire and a member of Buford Lodge #4 F AM. Survivors other than his wife are his mother Anna Ruth Mullins, Lexington, his sons Carl Daniel III, Samuel Matthew and John Thomas Mullins, all of Versailles, his sisters Serena Stanley, VA., Regina Stewart, GA. And Medina Mullins, Lexington. He was preceded in death by his father Carl Daniel Mullins. Funeral Information Funeral service will be 7:30 pm Wednesday at Clark Funeral Home; Rose Hill officiated by Pastor Wayne Stanley. Burial will be in Rose Crest Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 pm Wednesday until time of service.
