Obituary Frank Barber, 51, died Thursday, November 22, 2012. He was born on February 18, 1961 in Georgetown, Kentucky to Millard and Nancy Ruth Nealy Barber, Jr. Frank is survived by his daughters, Lisa Tucker, Jane Piercy, Francheska Barber and Nicole Edgington; sons, Franklin Barber and Joshua Barber; sisters, Jane Greene and Kathy Soard; brothers, Kenneth Barber, Arthur Barber and Bob Nealy; and 7grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his sister, Patricia Katzman. Funeral Information Visitation will be 8-10 am, Saturday, December 1, 2012 at Clark Legacy Center in Brannon Crossing. A graveside Service will be 10:30 am, Saturday, December 1, 2012 at Blue Grass Memorial Gardens.
