Charles E. Six

Charles E. Six, 74, widower of Sylvia Sword Six, passed away Monday, March 11, 2019. He was born in Lovely, KY on July 22, 1944 to the late Ernestine Moore Six. A public school educator in Chillicothe, Ohio and Martin County, Kentucky, he retired after serving students for forty years in various roles and grade levels. He is survived by his daughters Sharla Six (Charles Edwards), and Amanda (Nathan) Capps, his sister Janet Six Martin, his grandchildren Erin Presley (Tyler) Gibbs, Lindsay Tate Ratliff (William Porter), Grace Capps, Emma Capps, and Ross Capps, and his nephew Russ Martin. In addition to his wife and mother, Charles was preceded in death by his grandparents George and Vada Moore. Private services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Six Memorial Scholarship c/o Community Trust Bank, 1205 U.S. Hwy 127 South, Frankfort, KY 40601
