He was born in Louisville, KY to the late Charles Tinsley and Christine Frith Stewart on February 13, 1945. Dr. Stewart was a Physician and held a Masters in Theology. He was a strong family man and a proud and beloved member of AA for over 40 years. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Cora Lynn Stewart Young, Danville, Caitlin Stewart Aissani, Louisville, Lily Stewart and Lucy Stewart, both of Versailles; his sons, Chad Stewart, OH, Christian Stewart, Lexington; his step sons, Bradley Mann, Louisville and Michael Mann, IN; his brother, John Frith Stewart, LaGrange and 6 grandchildren.
