He is survived by his daughter Melissa Harper, Louisville; his sister Ellen Harper, Mass; and his brother Jackie Harper, Louisville.
Funeral Information
A memorial service will be held at 12:00pm on Monday, January 30, 2017 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd. A visitation will be from 10:00am until the time of service on Monday, January 30, 2017 at the funeral home.
