Danny Lee Lay

Danny Lee Lay, 60, passed away, Friday July 5, 2019. He was born October 19, 1958 to the late Ray and Nannie Gibson Lay in Woodford County. Danny owned and ran a farm in Woodford County. He was a member of Versailles Church of God. Danny is survived by a sister, Joan Scott, FL; a brother, Carl Ray Lay, Versailles; two nephews and one niece; two great-nephews and one great-niece and one great-great-nephew. A funeral service will be held 1:00pm Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at Clark Funeral Home, Rose Hill. Rev. Frank Layne will officiate. Richard Lay, Kevin Waits, Rome Dunston, Charles Lay, Loren Lancaster, Kenneth Young, and Chris Grider will serve as casketbearers. Visitation will be Monday, July 8, 2019 from 5:00pm until 8:00pm at the funeral home.
