David Erwin Sams

David “Sammy” Sams, 65, passed away Sunday, November 18, 2018. A native of Paris, Kentucky, he was born March 6, 1953 to the late McKinley and Mary Emma Reid Sams. David was Navy veteran and former Water Treatment Plant operator for the City of Lawrenceburg. In addition to his girlfriend, Donna Florian of Frankfort, he is survived by his sister, Holly Carol (James Anderson) Sams of Mt. Sterling; brother, Mike (Dorothy) Sams of Lawrenceburg; and numerous nieces and nephews. There are no services planned at this time. The family suggests Memorial Contributions be sent to the American Cancer Society.
