Deborah "Debbie" Rosewell

Obituary Deborah "Debbie" Rosewell, 80, of Lexington, Kentucky, formerly of Easton, Maryland and wife of Howard L. Rosewell, died Monday, December 10, 2012. She was born November 18, 1932 in Easton, Maryland to the late Ruth and J. Kenneth Bridges, Sr. Debbie taught elementary school for 30 years, and ended her career as a reading specialist, working with children having difficulty learning to read. Throughout her career and retired life, she was always active in the church doing mission work and leading Women's Circles. Debbie loved to travel, she and Howard took several trips to Europe and many cruises, including Tahiti. Above all Debbie loved her family and all the times they were together over holidays and those special weeks in the summer when her Grand-daughters came to visit. In addition to her husband, Debbie is survived by her daughter, Susanne Rosewell of Aurora, Colorado; son, Howard (Katherine) Rosewell, Jr. of Lexington, Kentucky; twin brother, J. Kenneth Bridges, Jr. of Saint Michaels, Maryland; and two grandchildren, Amanda (Derek) Rosewell Shaw of Houston, Texas and Samantha (Jake) James of Mt. Washington, Kentucky. Funeral Information A Celebration of Debbie's Life will be 12:00 pm, Monday, December 17, 2012 at Trinity Hill United Methodist Church in Lexington, Kentucky.
