Donnie Payton, 73, passed away on Sunday, October 20, 2019. A native of Frankfort, he was born on May 18, 1946 to the late Clester and Susie Frances Cummins Payton. He was a truck driver for Harrod Carter.
He is survived by his sisters, Nancy Burke, Frankfort, Bea Smith, Frankfort, and Diane Parrish, Lexington; and his uncle, Everett Cummins, Frankfort.
