Dora was born August 3, 1942 in Hazard, KY to Ray and Mary Mosley.
She was preceded in death by her parents Ray and Mary Mosley, daughter Amrilis Stacy, son's David and Dennis Stacy and six siblings.
Dora is survived by her son Marcus Stacy (Alicia Parker), 8 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 1 brother.
