Versailles-Doris Anne Jones Logan, 86, wife of Gene Logan, died Tuesday, May 19, 2015. She was born in Versailles, Kentucky on July 4, 1928. Mrs. Logan was a member of Midway Baptist Church and a Sales Representative for Avon. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Shirley (George) Withers of Versailles, Candace Billingsley of Fl., Roy (Pam) Jones of Versailles, and Debbie (Jack) Graves of Midway; her step-children, Doug Logan of Midway, Denise Molacek of IA.; her sisiter Cecelia Stratton of FL.; her Brother-In-Law, Bill (Maudie) Lucas of Lexington; six grandchildren, Gina Richardson, Anne Tyler Edester, Alison Rand, Will Jones, Cody Doan, and Andrew Billingsley; her great-grandchildren, Mckenzie, Hadley, Camden, Cooper, Collin, Wesley, Jacob, Vivann, Layne, and Sawyer; several special nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by the Father of her children, Shirley Roy "Bud" Jones Jr.; her sister, Norman Dean Lucas and her granddaughter Kate Jones. Casketbearers will be Will Jones, Andrew Billingsley, Matt Rand, Ben Edester, Marc Richardson, and Jon Doan.
Funeral Information
Funeral services will be Friday, May 22, 2015 at Midway Baptist Church at 10:00 AM. Officiated by Rev. Steve Hadden, burial will follow at Midway Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, May 21, 2015 from 5-8 PM at Clark Funeral Home, Rose Hill.
