Edward Allen Paske, 81, husband of Laurie LaMond Paske, died Tuesday, June 17, 2014 in Nicholasville. He was born in Phoenix, Illinois, son of the late Frank and Jeanette Rozwalka Paske.
Former owner of Lexington Joint and Clutch, Inc. for over 45 years. He served with the US Army, he raised, trained and raced Standard Bred Horses and he loved to race Camaros and Corvettes.
Surviving besides his wife are two daughters, Julie (Mike) Scott, Ft. Wayne, Indiana and Karen Kincaid, Springfield, Tennessee; three sons, Steve (Cheri) Paske, Ft. Wayne, Indiana, Gerry Paske and David (Kim) Paske, of Lexington, Kentucky; one sister, Lorraine Reynolds, Jupiter, Florida; thirteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by two sons, Jeffrey and Edward Joseph Paske; one brother and three sisters.
Funeral Information
Visitation will be from 10am-11am, Friday, June 20, 2014 at Pax Christi Catholic Church.His celebration of life service will be held at 11am, Friday, June 20, 2014 at Pax Christi Catholic Church, conducted by Father Nick Pagano, with burial to follow at 1:30pm at Camp Nelson National Cemetery.
