Obituary Elsie H. Wainscott, passed away Thursday, September 17, 2009. She was born July 4th 1920 in Lawrence County to the late Charles and Elizabeth Skaggs Hunter. She is survived by a nephew, Charles (Jan) Hunter, a great nephew, Chip Hunter and great niece, Beth Hunter, all of Suwanee, Georgia. She was preceded in death by 1 brother, Charles E.
