Etta Louise Smith, 76, died Sunday, February 2, 2014 at her home. She was born April 9, 1937 to William James and Mary Emma Gains Hendrix in Lexington, Kentucky.
She is survived by her daughter, Tammy Kay Smith of Nicholasville; sons, Thomas "Tommy" Smith of Nicholasville and James W. (Adrianne) Hayhurst of Lexington; sister, Dorothy May Parker of Lexington; grandchildren, Chandler Robert Hayhurst and Ramsey Marie Hayhurst.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Edward Smith and her brother, Harold Hendrix.
Funeral Information
Visitation will be 4-7 pm, Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing. A graveside service will be at 10am, Thursday, February 6th at Maple Grove Cemetery in Nicholasville.
