Versailles - Frances Montgomery Reynolds, 97, wife of the late Chester Reynolds, died Friday, August 30, 2013. Frances was born in Madison County, KY to the late William and Naldie Montgomery. She was a bookkeeper at the Ephraim McDowell House and was a Charter Member of Rosemont Baptist and Brookside Baptist Church. Survivors include a daughter, Donna (Ron) McGohon of Versailles; two granddaughters, Cara (Lee) Meadows of Frankfort and Christa (Nate) Barrett of North Carolina; a great granddaughter, Lauren Meadows; and a sister in law, Hazel Sullivan of Lexington. Casket bearers will be: Bobby Milburn, Kent Reynolds, Jim Johnson, Mike Sullivan, Carl Magee, Bill Royalty, Lee Meadows and Nate Barrett. Honorary bearers will be: Eddie Pullins, Ernest Cruse and David Cruse.
Funeral Information
Funeral Services will be 11 AM Tuesday, September 3, 2013 at Brookside Baptist Church in Nicholasville with Rev. Dewayne Brewer officiating. Burial will follow at Lexington Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Monday, September 2, 2013 at Clark Funeral Home, Rose Hill and Tuesday after 10 AM at the church.
