Obituary Freddy David Burgan, 63, of Midway passed away July 7, 2012. He was born on May 5, 1949 in Lee County, Virginia to the late Silas Lee and Frances Ellen Cowan Burgan . He is survived by his wife, Patsy Warford Burgan, of Midway; two daughters, Lucy Morgan, of Versailles, and Marlena Burgan, of Midway; two grandchildren, Preston Morgan and Brian David Morgan; four sisters, Penny, Reba, Patricia, and Joy; and his brother, Charles. Funeral Information Visitation will be 6-8pm Monday, July 9, 2012 at Clark Funeral Home, Rose Hill. No other services are planned.
