Gary “Mike” Pearl, II, 50, passed away Sunday, December 31, 2017. Mike was born January 19, 1967 to Gary Michael Pearl, Sr. and the late Ruth Ann Presley Pearl, in Louisville, Kentucky. Mike had a great love for his family, friends, and music. He could often be found in the garage tinkering with small engines, mopeds in particular. Like his mother, he also enjoyed spending time outside mowing the grass.
In addition to his father Gary Pearl, Sr, Georgetown, Mike is survived by his daughter, Alaina Pearl, Stamping Ground; sons, Steven Pearl, Georgetown, and Logan Pearl, Lexington; brother, Bruce (Nikki) Pearl, Nicholasville; girlfriend of 13yrs, Susan Stone, Lexington; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins; and former wife, Christi Pearl Weise, Stamping Ground.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Ruth Ann Presley Pearl.
A Funeral Service will be held 1:00p on Friday, January 5, 2018 at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing with Pastor Brewster McLeod officiating, burial to follow at Blue Grass Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from 11:00a until time of service. Family will serve as pallbearers.
