Obituary Glyndon Albert Dawson, 78, of Lexington, the loving husband of Patricia Hudson Dawson, died Sunday, August 2, 2009 at the VA Hospital. He was born on July 8, 1931, in Slaton, TX, to the late William and Mary Dawson. In addition to his wife, he is survived by 4 sons, Jeff (Debi) Dawson, MO; Rusty (Angie) Dawson, Versailles; Scott (Dineen) Dawson, MT; Craig (Angela) Dawson, OR; 6 grandchildren, Brent, Erin, Jeremy, Katie, Jack and Emily; his sister, Judy Miles, TX; and two brothers, Bill and Ted Dawson, TX. Glyn was preceded in death by his brother, Philip Dawson, TX. Although Glyn's physical capabilities were limited by ALS in his later years, it did not diminish his gift of reaching out and touching others lives. Funeral Information A Gathering of Family and Friends will be from 3-6 pm, Thursday, August 6 at Clark Legacy Center with a Celebration of Life Service to start at 6 pm.
