Online Obituaries for Versailles KY VERSAILLES- Golden Renfro Goodlett, 88, widow of Kenneth H. Goodlett, passed away Friday, September 1, 2017. A native of Woodford County, she was born on April 20, 1929 to the late Amos L. Renfro and Alma Wiley Renfro Young. Ms. Goodlett worked in the school cafeteria at the Woodford County High School and attended Kingsway Church. She is survived by her daughter, Sharon Goodlett (Jimmy) Sloan, Versailles; her sister, Alma (Granville) Egbert, Versailles; her brother, Jackie (Peggy) Young, Versailles; her grandchildren, Michael Scott (Anna) Goodlett, Rebecca Sloan (Darren) Valentine, Emily Sloan (Brandin) Johnson and Stephen (Dayne) Goodlett; ten great grandchildren; and daughter in law Linda Goodlett. She is preceded in death by her sons, Michael Goodlett and Bruce Goodlett; her brothers, Leon Renfro and Hubert Renfro; and her grandson, Darren Sloan. Funeral Information Funeral Service will be 1:00 PM Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at Clark Funeral Home, Rose Hill with Rev. Jeff Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Serving as casketbearers will be Jimmy Sloan, Scott Goodlett, Stephen Goodlett, Darren Valentine, Brandin Johnson, Granville Egbert and Jackie Young. Visitation will be Tuesday from 11:00 AM until the time of service.
