Harrison Patrick Mccann

Mr. Harrison Patrick McCann, Jr. (Pat), age 70, passed away on May 21, 2019. Pat was born on July 31, 1948 in Wise County, VA to the late Harrison Patrick McCann, Sr. and Wilma Jean Dickenson Swisher. Pat was a serial entrepreneur who built several successful businesses over the course of his career. He is fondly remembered for his intensity and quick wit, always ready with a joke or story. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, John and Elmer McCann. Harrison is survived by his children Leigh Ann (Will) Isaac, Heather McCann Prall, Nicole (Jonathan) Murphy, Scott (Angela) Miller, Neil McCann, and Chase (Daryl Brouwer) McCann; sisters Marilyn Terlecki, Alice McCann, and Teresa Michael; brothers R.C. and Lanny McCann; 11 grandchildren, with two more on the way; and his companion Susan Osborne. Private services for Harrison Patrick McCann, Jr. will be observed by immediate family. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Harrison Patrick McCann, Jr.
