She was born in Sayre, Pennsylvania on July 11, 1978 to Carl Hollenbeck of FL and Trudi (Johnny) Raleigh of Versailles. Heather was a Homemaker. In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by her children, Annika, Harrison and Joshua Blethen, all of Versailles; her sisters, Jennifer Cutter, OH, Angela McDavid, PA, Abby Smink, FL and Kyle Hollenbeck, FL; her brothers, Jeffery Hollenbeck, Richmond, Jonathan Hollenbeck, TN, Aubrey Ferris, NY and Mark Hollenbeck, FL; her paternal grandfather, Carl Gooding and paternal grandmother, Margaret Rutledge.
