She was born in Argillite, Kentucky, daughter of the late Howard and Kathryn {Katie} Carr May. She was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses In Stanford, Kentucky. She loved quilting, gardening and her grandchildren. She is survived her daughter, Loretta Madigan, Stanford; two sons, Leslie {Beverly} Arnett, Lexington; John Edward {Carol} Arnett, Kings Mountain, Kentucky, brother. Payton Eugene {Bertha} May, Argillite, Kentucky, eight grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Joyce Arnett and a grandson, Andrew Hayden Powers. Funeral Information Her Celebration of Life service will be 4 p.m. Sunday, July 17, 2016 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses in Stanford conducted by Elder Mike Sullivan.
