Obituary Jacqueline Carol "Jackie" Johnson, 44, died Sunday, January 20, 2013. She was born on September 11, 1968 in Jeffersonville, Kentucky to David Johnson, New Albany, IN and Connie (Charles) Bay, Frankfort. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her son Zach Luttrell, Frankfort; three sisters, Donna Wilson, Frankfort; Debbie Johnson, Frankfort; Tiffany Witten, Frankfort; two brothers, Danny Bay, Frankfort; Tony Bay, Frankfort. She was preceded in death by one sister, Tina Wynn-Patty Johnson and one brother, Wayne Johnson. Funeral Information A Memorial Service will be 2:00 pm, Thursday, January 24, 2013 at the Peaks Mill Baptist Church. Flowers can be delivered at the church Thursday morning.
