Jerry Sebastian, Jr.

Jerry Sebastian, Jr., 60. passed away on June 29, 2018 at his home. Jerry was born January 28, 1958 to the late Jerry Sebastian, Sr. and Elsie Mathes Couch in Fort Thomas, KY. Aside from his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother in law Gary Murphy. Jerry is survived by his sisters Barbara (Shively) Pierce and Donna Murphy; and brothers Leonard (Malvery) Sebastian, Jimmy (Betty) Sebastian and Billy Couch. A memorial service will be held at 2:30 PM ,Thursday, July 5, 2018 at Revival Tabernacle Church.
