Joe Allen Elkin Jasper, 79, died Sunday, October 9, 2016 at Hospice Care Center. He was born September 25, 1937 in Lexington, Kentucky to the late Joe Doss Jasper and Margaret O'Day Jasper Spegal.
He is survived by his daughter, Rhonda Jasper (Steven) Marks; brother, Mike {Debbie} Hathaway, stepson, Jim (Jami) Kelly; sister, Sylvia (Estil) Greer; four grandchildren, Jodi, Jeremy, Joshua and Curtis and three great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his son, Jeffrey Adams and his sister, Betty Jo Smith.
Funeral Information
A Gathering of Family & Friends will be held 5-8 Pm, Friday, October 14, 2016 at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing.
