John Ernest Burdette

John Ernest “Big John” Burdette, 67, passed away on Thursday, March 29, 2018. He was born in Louisville on March 2, 1951 to Robert Burdette and the late Betty Spencer Burdette. He was a member of Unity of the Faith Church on East Main St. Big John loved fishing and lived for his nieces and nephews. In addition to his father, he is survived by his sisters, Nancy Thompson, Frankfort, and Laura Barr, Newport; and numerous nieces and nephews that loved and cared for him greatly. Memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, April 14, 2018 at Kings Daughters Apartments Common Room, 220 Hanna Place, Frankfort.
