Joseph Allen Page, 28, of Nicholasville, Kentucky passed away at the Albert B. Chandler Hospital while surrounded by family and friends on September 15, 2019, following a short illness. He attended East Middle School and East Jessamine High School. Joseph was an avid University of Kentucky fan. He loved Twinkies, sweet iced tea, and animals, especially his dog Zoey. During his high school years, Joseph was a member of the East Jessamine Jaguars where he played as tight end while wearing jersey number 34. While a student, he and his brother Brandon were selected by their teachers to serve as mentors to the mentally and physically challenged students at East Jessamine.
Joseph was raised by and is survived by Terry and Dorothy (May) Adams of Nicholasville. He is also survived by his biological father, Terry Page of Warrior, AL; brothers Brandon Adams of Nicholasville, Alex (Megan) Adams of Linefork, KY, and Trevor (Anthony) Adams of Dallas, TX; and sister Rebecca (Tristan) Adams of Nicholasville. He also leaves maternal grandparents, Frank and Grace May of Nicholasville and paternal grandmothers, Louise Adams of Jeremiah, KY and Juanita Page of Warrior, AL. He will also be deeply mourned by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Joseph was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Billy Conn Adams and his maternal great-grandparents, Rev. C.B. and Dorothy Coots formerly of Ashland, KY. Visitation will be Thursday, September 19th from 5pm to 8pm at Clark Legacy Center - Brannon Rd. The funeral service will be at 11am, Friday, September 20th, at the funeral home. Burial to follow in Maple Grove Cemetery in Nicholasville.
