Joy G. Famularo Hill, 83, wife of Jerome Hill passed away on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 in Lexington, KY. She was born on June 9, 1943 in Dachard, TN to the late Daniel and Aline Goolsby. She was a dedicated teacher for over 51 yrs in which she taught at Lexington Catholic High School, University of Kentucky and BCTC.
Joy is survived by her husband, Jerome Hill, Lexington, KY; her son, Joseph D. (Tembree Murphy) Famularo, Lexington, KY; her sister, Gay, New Mexico; numerous nieces, nephews, She is preceded in death by two sisters, Dana and Vickie.
A gathering of family and friends will be 4pm-6pm Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at Clark Legacy Center - Brannon Crossing.
