Judith A. Stanton
Feb 5, 1947 — Sep 7, 2017
Lexington, KY
Judith Schumacher Stanton, 70, died September 7, 2017. She is survived by her daughter Elizabeth Beth Buckler; sons Joseph Mike Stanton, James Stanton and Brian Stanton; brothers Glenn (Lenore) Schumacher of Maysville and Tony (Kathy) Schumacher of Miamisburg, OH; grandchildren Kelsey (Shayne) Currans, Justin (Katelyn) Lawson and Jonathan (J. B.) Buckler and great grandchildren Cayden Lawson, Paige Currans, Kyleigh Lawson and Elijah Currans. She is preceded in death by her parents Patrick and Rose (Holland) Schumacher; brother Raymond Schumacher and nephew Chris Schumacher.
Judith was a member of St. Patricks Catholic Church in Maysville, KY. For her, family was always first; loving nothing more than spending time with her kids and grandkids. She was known to always be on the sidelines rooting for her grandkids in the many sporting events they participated in. But she was always most happy at home, entertaining her family, or helping anyone in need. She loved to tinker with anything that was broken, and could fix most anything. Judith never met a stranger. She was a hardworking woman, but always had time to read her Bible.
