Karla Marie Sterner

Karla Marie Sterner,48, passed away on August 5, 2026, at the Baptist Hospital in Lexington Kentucky. She was taken too soon. She was born October 8, 1977, in Lexington Kentucky. She was surrounded by her loving family. 

Karla is survived by her father Jackie Barnes (Barbara), her brother Gregory Barnes, her daughter, Jenna L Sterner, her sons Ayden P Barnes, Patrick L Sterner (Briana) and 4 grandchildren Jasper, Nova, Delilah and Isaac. She has 2 nieces; Samantha and Haley Barnes, nephew; Corey Barnes and many great nieces and nephews. She is proceeded in death by her beautiful mother, Patricia Ann Barnes. 

Karla loved being with her family especially with her grandchildren and doing arts and crafts. She liked listening to Rock n Roll & Heavy Metal music
