Lawerence Wayne Haynes

Lawerence Wayne Haynes, 73, husband of Robin Oakley Haynes, passed away Thursday, October 22, 2026. He was born in Lexington, Kentucky on April 19, 1953 to the late Mildred Oliver and Roy Haynes. 

Mr. Haynes loved the outdoors where he enjoyed fishing and hunting. He also had a love and talent for wood carving. He was also a veteran of the United States Navy.

In addition to his wife, Robin, those left to cherish his memory include his daughter, Jessika Moore; sister, Diane Bruner; and nephew, Jeremy Bruner.

Besides his parents, he is also preceded in death by his brother, Glenn Haynes.

No services are planned at this time.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bluegrass Care Navigators for the excellent hospice care, or the American Cancer Society.
