Lois Jean Pittman

Midway-Lois Jean Pittman, 73, wife of the late Danny L. Pittman, Sr., passed away Sunday, January 21, 2018. She was born in Harlan, KY. Mrs. Pittman was a homemaker. She is survived by her stepdaughter, Charlene (Marvin) Slemp of Lawrenceburg; her stepson, Danny L. (Lexie) Pittman, Jr., of Lexington; her sisters, Nellie Middleton and Diane Proffitt, both of Harlan; 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother, Bill Proffitt. Graveside service will be held 1 PM, Thursday, January 25 at Midway Cemetery, with Pastor Kerney Bouchard officiating. Serving as casket bearers will be Danny L. Pittman, Jr., William Pittman, Mike Sparrow, Marvin Slemp, Darrell Wethington, and Rex Hilliard. Visitation will be 5-7 PM, Wednesday at Clark Funeral Home, Rose Hill.
