He is survived by his parents Scott Newby and Kaitlyn Bailey; sisters Mystic Newby and Shelby Cooley and brothers Joshua Newby and Levi Cooley. In 6 short months, Marcus touched the lives of many people. He was a fast learner and always quick with a smile. He will be missed by all who knew him. Funeral Information There will be a Gather of Family and Friends from 10 AM - noon, Friday, July 22, 2016 at Clark Legacy Center in Brannon Crossing followed by a service at noon, and a burial which is to be determined.
