Melinda McNeely Vance, 50, passed away Sunday, November 13, 2016. Married 29 years to Mr. Alfred Vance, Melinda was the daughter of the late James and Donna Gail Toney McNeely. An English major, she fostered her love for words through reading and expressed her creativity through writing. Books were her passion.
In addition to her husband, Alfred, Melinda is survived by her brother and sister in law, Michael and Jodie McNeely of Versailles, KY.
