Mr. Charles William Bingham Sr

Frankfort, KY Charles W. Bingham Sr., 89, widower of Thelma Wilhoite Bingham, passed away Monday, October 10, 2016. A native of Franklin County, he was born on March 20, 1927 to the late James Claude and Pearl Belle Sexton Bingham. Mr. Bingham worked for Plumber Local 107. He is survived by his sons Clark Lathrem, In.; Danny Bingham, Frankfort; Gary Bingham, Frankfort; and his brother Forrest Bingham, Frankfort; his 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great grandchildren; and his special nephew he worked with Albert OBrien. In addition to his wife, Mr. Bingham was proceeded in death by his son Charles June Bingham Jr.; his sisters Elizabeth OBrien, Ada Connelly, and Myrtle Galbraith; and by his brothers James Bingham, Claude Bingham, and Leon Bingham. Funeral Information The Funeral Service will be held 11 am Friday, October 14, 2016 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd. Rev. Keith McAliley will officiate. Serving as casketbearers will be Jamie Bingham, William Bingham, Cameron Bingham, Eric Bingham, Joshua Bingham, David Hopewell, Tommy Cheek, and David Cheek. Rick Bingham, Tonia Coubert, Amy Hopewell, Melissa Woodrum, Melinda Holbrook, Chris Holbrook, Haley Bybee, Hunter Coubert, Heather Landry, Margaret Laux, Jennifer Nevill, Charlotte Payton, Jonny Shyrock, and Albert Woodrum will be serving as Honorary Casketbearers. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 5pm until 7pm on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at the funeral home.
