Nicholasville, Kentucky Nicholasville- Deidre Leigh Ellis, 57, wife of Glen D. Ellis, died Thursday, October 2, 2014 at her residence in Nicholasville. Surviving besides her husband are her 4 daughters; Erica {Jorge} Cabrera, of Nicholasville, Erin Whisman, of Nicholasville, Melissa {Keith} Patrick, of Garrard County, Niki Colyer of Tennessee, and Jessica McCarty of Nicholasville. Her 11 grandchildren; Miranda, Sherwood and Clayton Lindeman all of Nicholasville, Ciera Whisman of Nicholasville, Cody and Alexys Patrick and Jordan Simpson all of Garrard County, Decan and Arlyn Colyer of Tennessee, Dawson and Skyla McCarty of Nicholasville and her niece; Niki Deaton of Nicholasville, her nephew; Jamie Ellis of Louisville and her brother-in-law, Barry Ellis of Nicholasville. Funeral Information Visitation will be from 11am-1pm, Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing. Graveside service will follow at Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Carl Ellis will be conducting the service.
