She was born in Versailles, Kentucky, on August 4, 1943 to the late Richard and Margaret Clift Kirk. Ms. Maples was a store manager for Hallmark. Survivors include her daughters, Zova M. (Marty) Rothchild, Jennifer (Barry) Collins, and Karen Maples, all of Lexington; and grandchildren, Clara and Margaret Rothchild, and Spence, Grace and Caroline Collins. In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by her son, Winfield Maples, Jr. Funeral Information Visitation will be 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM Monday at Clark Funeral Home, Rose Hill. Graveside service will be 11:30 AM, Monday, April 17, 2017 at Versailles Cemetery with Rev. Monte Wilkinson officiating. Serving as casketbearers will be Barry Collins, Spencer Collins, Sam Maples and Mark Pennington.
