He is survived by his daughter, Lisa Ann {Alan} Graham, Carrollton, Illinois, his sons, Norman Duane {Paula} Ethington, Nicholasville, Shawon G. {Angie} Ethington, Shannon D. {Jill} Ethington, all of Lexington, two sisters, Shirley {Robert} Jones, Linda Richardson, all of Mesa, Arizona, two brothers, John {Flora} Ethington, Preston, Utah, James {Diane} Ethington, Idaho, four grandchildren, Michael White, Matthew {Dara} Ethington, Preston Ethington and Cheyenne Ethington and five great grandchildren, James Michael White, Logan Ethington, Layne Ethington, Liam Ethington and Tayleigh Ratliff. Funeral Information His visitation will be 11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Thursday, May 19, 2016 at Clark Legacy Center Brannon Crossing followed by his graveside service at 3 p.m. at Blue Grass Memorial Gardens conducted by Bishop Tim Baxter.
