Patricia (Pat) Patterson 72, wife of the late Denton L. Patterson, loving mother of Kim (Craig) Galvin, Sherie (Doug) Omohundro, Kris (Darren) Lafoe, Rita (Jim) Willcoxon, Todd (Jennifer) Patterson, died Monday, January 12, 2015 at Baptist Health Lexington .
The daughter of Sarah Cater and the late Elza Cater. Pat was born November 1,1942, in Decatur, Illinois. Her professional career included Tates Creek Development Co 1984-89, Lochmere Development Co., Hacker-Thompson Partners 1985-1992 and Bryant Road LLC 1999-2008.
A cherished Mimi and sister. Pat leaves behind her 10 precious grandchildren, Alex,Erica,Tara,Hunter, Shelby, Grant, Noah, Evan, Kennedy and Mia. Pat also leaves behind 3 sisters; Sharon (Ben) Rigg, Joyce (Jim) Brooks, Vicki
(Don) Brock, lots of loving nieces, nephews and her beloved dog Ellie Mae.
She loved life to the fullest by traveling, most recently cruising, cooking, reading and spending countless hours with her loving grandchildren.
The family would like to thank her special friends Betty Lucas, Teresa Martin and Clemmie Atkins.
Funeral Information
Service and time of sharing at Clark Legacy with Pastor Gordon Smith is Thursday January 15, 2015 5:30-6:30 and a gathering for family and friends to follow from 6:30-8:30.
