Obituary
Patrick M. DePerna, 87, of Danville, Kentucky and the husband of May DePerna, passed away at his home on Monday, August 20, 2012. He was born in Cliffside Park, New Jersey on November 4, 1924. Patrick served in the 101st Airborne during WWII, and received the Purple Heart and Bronze Star in the European theater of the war.
Patrick loved his family and all animals. He enjoyed sports and was an avid hiker.
In addition to his wife May, Patrick is survived by his two sons, Steven (Molly) DePerna and Robert DePerna.
Funeral Information
A Graveside Service with full military honors for Patrick will be 11 am, Thursday, August 23, 2012 at Camp Nelson National Cemetery in Nicholasville, Kentucky.
