KY; Maria Chavez, IL; sons Charles David Johnson, AL; John Henry Tackett, AK; Sammy Allen Tackett, KY; sisters Mary Elizabeth Cinnamon, FL; Birdie Mae Eads, AZ; Betty Joyce Webb, KY; Linda Webb, KY; brother Winston Samuel Webb, IN; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
