Rachel Ellen Ramsey

Frankfort, Kentucky Frankfort- Rachel Ellen Ramsey, 72 of Frankfort, Kentucky passed away Tuesday at her residence. Rachel was born on January 8, 1942 in Mineral Point, Missouri to the late Freeman and Bernice Lawson Ramsey. Rachel is survived by 2 daughters Janet Caldwell of Mt. Juliet, TN, and Julie Lynn Sandifer of Frankfort, KY, 2 sons Stanley Joseph Pinson Jr. and Richard Dwayne Sandifer both of Frankfort, 2 sisters Virginia Link of Missouri, and Mildred Vance of Radcliffe, KY, one brother Wayne Ramsey of Missouri. Rachel is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Funeral Information Graveside services for Rachel Ramsey will be conducted at 1PM Friday July 25, 2014 at the Sunset Memorial gardens in Frankfort with Ray Eastman officiating. The family will receive friends from 5-8 PM Thursday at the Clark Legacy Center in Frankfort, Kentucky. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the Hospice of the Bluegrass.
