Ray Nelson Judy

Frankfort, KY Ray Nelson Judy, 83, passed away Tuesday, September 20, 2016. He was born in Harrison County, KY on February 2, 1933 to the late Henry Judy and Alenne Kearns Judy. Mr. Judy was a Kentucky State Trooper and then retired from National Distilleries. He was also a member of Capital City Christian Church, and a veteran of the US Air Force, serving during the Korean War. He is survived by his son Kim (Elaine) Judy, Winchester; his sister Sue Judy Johnson, Nicholasville; Grandson Steven Judy; and special companion Patti Carmony, Frankfort. He was preceded in death by his son Alan Ray Judy, his sister Marjorie Judy Smith, and his brother Ernest Wayne Judy. Funeral Information A funeral service will be held 12:00pm Friday, September 23, 2016 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd. Dr. Steve Pattison, Rev. Jon Sutphin, and Larry Weese will officiate. Burial will follow at Battle Grove Cemetery, Cynthiana, KY. Visitation will be Friday from 10am until the start of service.
