Robert Lee Eads

Robert Lee Eads, 72, died Sun April 28, 2019 in Louisville, KY. He was born in Carlisle, KY on Sept. 16, 1946 to the late Charles and Dorothy Eads. Robert was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and served in Vietnam. He retired as a supervisor for the VA Hospital in Lexington, KY. He is survived by two daughters, Sarah (Spencer) Singleton, Lexington, KY and Melissa (T.J.) Organ, Cleveland, OH; one son, Steven Eads, Louisville, KY; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one sister, Sue (Richard) Deibel, Crestwood, KY; one brother, Charles (Nancy) Eads, Hendersonville, TN; dear friend, Joyce Via. A private graveside service will be held at Camp Nelson National Cemetery prior to the service. A celebration of his life will be on Thurs., May 2, 2019 12:30PM at Clark Legacy Center – Brannon Crossing followed by a gathering until 3pm.
