Ruby Traugott Arnold, 63, wife of William "Bill" Arnold, died Saturday June 20, 2015. She was born in Versailles, Kentucky on June 10, 1952 to the late Walter Gene and Maxine Turner Traugott. She was a retired employee for the Frankfort Electric Water Plant Board. In addition to her husband she is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Arnold of Frankfort; her son, Jeremy (Amanda) Arnold of FL.; her brother, Larry Traugott of Millville; her grandchildren, Connor Arnold, Marley Preston and Garrett Arnold;
